Onmyoji 2 - An epic set in feudal Japan, ONMYOJI portrayed Kyoto's famed court fortuneteller, Abe no Seimei. This sequel begins during the Daimyo's brutal slaughter of a religious Shinto village. Hidden away in a cave, a priest invokes a mighty ancient god to preserve the village's lineage and sacred beliefs. Many years later, the Dragon God returns seeking vengeance in the form of vampires. These demons prey on nobility and snatch up their body parts, and it is up to Seimei, the Onmyoji, to determine what these demons represent. Both ONMYOJI films feature historical elements that are heightened by colorful, fantastic drama.
