Cisco Transport Manager Client Full Version (License Only) for PC, Sun (1 Client/s) - CTM R4.6 is the element management system (EMS) for the Cisco Optical Networking System (ONS) 15000 series products. CTM provides standard fault, configuration, performance, and security management capabilities across the element and network management layers of the Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) reference architecture. CTM GateWay is an architectural component that provides EMS-to-network management system (NMS) interface mediation. CTM GateWay enables service providers to integrate CTM with their Operations Support Systems (OSSs) by using open, standard interfaces. CTM R4.6 offers Transaction Language One (TL1), Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), and Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) interface options. The CTM high availability solution provides automatic failover for specific software and single hardware failures without the need to reconfigure IP addresses on your switched/router network.
